Hospital services and website information
Prashanthi Hospital provides in-person hospital and consultation services in Vijayawada. Website information helps you learn about the hospital and plan a visit; it does not replace an individual medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment plan.
Appointment requests and confirmation
Choose a published doctor, provide accurate contact details and submit your preferred date. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment or a live reservation. The hospital will contact you to confirm the clinician, date, time, location and availability. Schedules can change; contact the hospital before travelling.
Consultation fees and payment choices
The consultation fee, when configured by the hospital, is displayed for the selected doctor before submission. Where a fee is not displayed, confirm it with the hospital. The displayed consultation amount is the total amount collected for that consultation through online checkout. Tests, procedures, medicines, admission and other services are separate unless expressly included; ask the hospital for their applicable charges before proceeding.
You may choose to pay at the hospital. Online payment is offered only when enabled and available for the selected doctor. The amount saved for an existing request is not changed by later changes to the doctor’s listed fee.
Online appointment payments are currently disabled. You can submit an appointment request and choose to pay at the hospital. No online charge is collected through the appointment form while this option is disabled.
Online payments through Razorpay
When available, online payments are processed through Razorpay and its payment partners. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The hospital records the payment amount, order ID, transaction reference and payment status; it does not ask you to enter card details, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords into its appointment form. A successful browser message alone does not establish payment: payment status is verified with the payment provider.
Payment confirms collection of the stated amount, not appointment availability, a medical outcome or insurance approval. If a payment appears pending or your account was debited without confirmation, contact the hospital with your reference before attempting another payment.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Contact the hospital to request cancellation or rescheduling. Prepaid appointment eligibility, deductions and processing timelines are governed by the published Cancellation & Refund Policy shown before online payment is enabled. Cancelling an appointment request does not automatically issue a refund. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider; keep your payment reference for follow-up.
Service fulfilment
Appointments are hospital services provided at the confirmed hospital location and time. No physical goods are shipped through this appointment booking facility. Online booking is not an emergency response or a remote medical consultation.
Privacy and acceptable use
Read our Privacy Policy for how appointment and payment information is handled. Submit accurate details, use the service lawfully and avoid sending medical records or urgent medical concerns through general enquiry fields. Do not impersonate another patient or interfere with website services.
Medical emergencies
The website, app and messaging channels are not continuously monitored emergency services. Seek immediate help through local emergency services or an appropriate emergency facility for urgent medical concerns.
External services and website content
External services, including Razorpay, Firebase, Google Maps and WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy practices. Website images may include illustrations and do not establish a treatment guarantee. Hospital information may change; contact the team if you notice an error or need clarification.
